Envoy Academy is our free, on-demand learning hub for admins. It’s where hundreds of admins go each month to finish onboarding, get certified, and start getting real value out of Envoy from day one. Today we’re relaunching it with a full refresh, and it’s worth a look whether you’re brand new or you set up your workplace years ago.

What’s new

We focused on three things that make learning faster and easier:

• New videos. Fresh lessons cover everything we’ve shipped recently, plus the gaps in the old curriculum. If it’s new in Envoy, it’s in Academy.
• Refreshed classics. We rerecorded existing videos with the current UI, updated best practices, and higher production quality. What you watch now matches what you see in your dashboard.
• A better platform. We moved to a new learning platform, so you get a cleaner viewing experience, simpler navigation, and a more modern interface. Less clicking around, more learning.

Built around your role

You don’t need to watch all 30-plus videos. Academy organizes content into learning paths by role, so you learn exactly what your job needs. Global admins, Location admins, and Front Desk teams each get their own track. Prefer to learn by product? You can do that too. Either way, you’ll find the shortest path to confident.

Why it’s worth your time
