Ras is the Chief Marketing Officer at Envoy, where she leads brand, product marketing, demand generation, and communications—with a core focus on revenue strategy, pipeline creation, and efficient growth. She’s known for bringing rigor to go-to-market: clarifying ICP and positioning, building scalable acquisition and lifecycle engines, partnering tightly with Sales and RevOps, and running marketing with board-level accountability.

Before Envoy, Ras held marketing leadership roles at GoodData, Explorium, and Pulse Q&A (acquired by Gartner). She began her career in strategy consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, which shaped her approach: diagnose the market, pick the bets that matter, align teams around measurable outcomes, and execute with discipline.

Ras joined Envoy to help scale the business into its next chapter—accelerating pipeline and building a durable marketing system that performs quarter after quarter.

Outside of work, she’s usually hunting down the best restaurants in the Bay Area and dragging her son, husband, and dog (Jelly!) with her.

Mauricio Ramirez is Chief Revenue Officer at Envoy, where he leads the company’s global go-to-market and revenue strategy. With more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology and sales leadership, Mauricio brings a deep track record of building high-performing teams and scaling revenue across complex, global organizations either directly or indirectly via the channel.

Prior to Envoy, Mauricio served as Vice President of North American Enterprise Sales at Verkada, leading teams across the United States and Canada and helping modernize physical security through cloud-based solutions. He previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Sales at Conga, where he drove global sales operations and strategic growth initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Mauricio held senior leadership roles at Informatica, Amplitude, BEA Systems, and Oracle. Across each role, he’s been known for building strong sales cultures, putting customers first, and using data and technology to drive consistent, sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Mauricio resides in New Jersey with his wife Ingrid and three daughters Cristina, Alexa and Daniela.  Mauricio enjoys biking, playing pickleball and being active.

Sinohe is the chief financial officer at Envoy. Sinohe has taken on leadership roles at a number of successful startups. At Quid he was CFO and COO, and at Indiegogo and Etsy he led the finance and data teams. A proud Bronx native and a former music producer, Sinohe loves jazz and classic 90’s R&B.

Larry is the Founder and CEO of Envoy. At the age of 17, Google recruited him as a software engineer. He later joined Twitter as an infrastructure engineer where he developed a scalable system for mass email notifications. He was also one of Twitter's first 50 employees. Larry likes to push himself and others to achieve great things. He is passionate about technology and loves experimenting with the latest and greatest. Ask him about his 3D printer or home automation system that he built from scratch.
