Worksphere + Envoy

I'm thrilled to announce Envoy’s strategic acquisition of YC-backed, Seattle-based Worksphere. Like Envoy, the Worksphere team built a workplace management platform because they recognized the tremendous opportunity to innovate and challenge the status quo. This team has consistently come up with bold ideas and rallied to quickly ship high-quality products that customers love. I am confident that together we will create great experiences for workplaces everywhere.

Building products for the future of work is an incredibly difficult task. How people get work done is changing on an almost daily basis: where there was a standard office-based way of getting things done in the past, remote and hybrid environments have brought incredible logistical complexity. But when done right and in a structured way, companies can see great upside from people building community together and valuing more from each other than just the business goals. The Worksphere team gets this and has built an incredibly talented team to bring the future of work here sooner.

What really gets us excited about this acquisition is the values alignment. We're both focused on creating products that strive for next-level experiences and keeping ahead of this incredibly fast-changing future-of-work industry. We've always had ambitious plans for the future, but it's only by joining the collective experience and thoughtfulness of both our teams that we can realize truly innovative products.

The Worksphere team brings strong expertise in creating products that scale and will help lead many of our enterprise initiatives here at Envoy. Expect to see even further enterprise commitment across all our product lines in the coming months. We're excited about the opportunity to make our collective innovations available to more companies with even more demanding needs.

We welcome Aakhil, Mark, Theresa, Owen, Homi, Evan, Pritpal and Jun-Gwon to what will be an incredible journey together! And of course, we will continue to hire engineers in their home city of Seattle, our San Francisco headquarters, and the many other places we operate out of. Come join us!
