When will I receive my order?
For Envoy in a Box and other items ordered directly from Envoy, we’ll ship your items with free Priority shipping on the day you place your order. And, we’ll send your tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship blank and custom badges internationally. Unfortunately we cannot ship other items internationally at this time. We’d be happy to chat with you about your needs and provide product recommendations to ensure you’ll have the best Envoy experience. Contact us with any questions!
What is your return policy?
For Envoy in a Box and other items ordered directly from Envoy, you can return non-consumable equipment that’s in like-new condition within 30 days for a full refund. Read our purchase and return policy.
What iPads do you support?
You’ll need an iPad 3 or newer running iOS 8 or later.
Does Envoy support other printers?
We currently support the Brother QL-720NW and QL-710W printers only. Right now, color printers and plastic card printers are not supported.
Can my logo be printed in color?
Yes! Along with plain white badges, we can also create full-color custom badges for you.
Why do custom badges take so long to ship?
The custom badge process is very hands on for Team Envoy. We work directly with you and our printer to bring you the perfect badges.
