Envoy Receives LenelS2 Factory Certification under the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program

SAN FRANCISCO — June 13, 2025 — Envoy, an integrated workplace platform that connects people, spaces, and data, today announced that it has received the latest LenelS2 factory certification and renewed their partnership with the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP).
With this certification, Envoy Visitors and Workplace now seamlessly interface with the OnGuard® access control system, automatically adding every Envoy visitor as a visit record and pre-configuring each visitor type with a specific OnGuard badge type. This connection eliminates the need for manual data entry, streamlines, employee access by granting building entry after reservation and approval, and enhances workplace security by capturing badge events for occupancy analytics.
“Envoy has completed required factory testing at LenelS2 to validate the functionality of its interface to the OnGuard system. By linking Envoy with the OnGuard system, security and operational efficiency are enhanced through automatic syncing of visitor and employee access with OnGuard’s control system and reducing manual entry,” said John Marchioli, OAAP product management, LenelS2. “We look forward to their continued involvement in the LenelS2 OpenAccess Alliance Program.”
“Connecting LenelS2 OnGuard with Envoy’s visitor and workplace management system enhances security and automation by seamlessly linking access control with our check-in process,” said Brent Heddens, Head of Solutions Engineering at Envoy. “This not only strengthens security and automation but also expands our interoperability with enterprise security systems. By offering a more comprehensive and scalable solution, we empower organizations to manage workplace access and compliance with greater ease and confidence.”
