Cove

The Cove + Envoy Visitors integration automatically syncs visitor access between Envoy and Cove. When visitors are invited, updated or removed in Envoy, their guest visits are reflected in Cove, and access is activated automatically when they sign in on site. Security teams get a real-time view of who is expected and who is on site, without manual double entry.

Capabilities:

• Creates, updates and cancels Cove guest visits from Envoy invites
• Activates Cove access automatically at Envoy sign-in
• Syncs visitor name, email, phone and access start/end times
• Access duration configurable globally (Default Access) or per sign-in flow (Per-Flow Access)
• Optional floor mapping between Envoy sign-in fields and Cove floors, with automatic name matching for unmapped floors
• Optional visitor blocklist to exclude chosen sign-in flows from Cove access
• Option to restrict provisioning to pre-invited visitors only, ignoring walk-ins
• Visitor notification emails can be sent by Cove or left entirely to Envoy
• Sign-out in Envoy cancels the Cove guest visit
