Thank you for shopping in the Envoy Store! The following policies apply to the purchase of all hardware and accessories we offer.

Envoy store stock

We try to proactively alert customers of low-stock inventory on our web store, and will recommend alternative solutions if the product you choose is temporarily unavailable; this ensures that your purchase will arrive in a timely manner.


We do our best to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible. All products purchased before 6pm PST will be shipped out day-of via expedited service. We reserve the right to ship using the carrier of our choice. We will alert you to the carrier selected and provide a tracking number. Once your parcel is provided to the carrier, all delivery liability is transferred to that organization.

Orders placed in and around San Francisco may be shipped via local courier for same-day delivery depending on availability and demand.


You may return any items purchased from the Envoy store for a full money-back guarantee. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are still in like-new condition and full working order. Products must be returned with all cables, parts, instructions, and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. Envoy can only accept returns on products purchased from our store directly.

You may return full rolls of visitor badge labels to the Envoy store. Custom badges and partially used rolls of badges are not accepted for returns or refunds.

Any products that are defective, damaged, or missing materials will not be replaced or refunded.
