So, we rebuilt both our data warehouse and the analytics platform that runs on top of it—using a more sophisticated data engine to give our customers deeper, more powerful tools than ever before.

• Clone and modify – Clone and save a new version of an existing dashboard with persistent filters and customized text, including titles and other informational labels. This option is perfect for those who wish to refine existing templates to better meet their specific analysis needs.
• Create net new – Create brand new dashboards using our available datasets on attendance, space booking, integrated badge access events and more to combine data into new visualizations. This allows you to combine various datasets—such as desk usage and attendance—into a single chart to see how different trends relate to each other.

Department-specific space planning – Create a dashboard to track attendance, desk, room, and amenities usage for specific departments (e.g., Engineering vs. Sales) to optimize seating and resource allocation based on actual usage patterns.

Delegate map editing to Neighborhood Captains – Designate team leads to manage their own seating assignments, giving department heads more control while reducing admin workload.

Share map drafts for review and approval – Test different layouts, gather feedback, and fine-tune your map before publishing changes.
