Signing in and accounting for large visitor groups can cause some of the biggest traffic jams in reception areas. If you’ve ever fretted over someone slipping through the cracks without checking in or signing your NDA, not to worry — we’re announcing three new features that will meet different group sign-in needs.
Used as stand-alone features or in combination, these new options will improve the visitor experience for groups when they sign in at your office.
Sign in with plus ones
Available on Premium and Enterprise Plans
With our new plus one sign-in feature, a visitor will be able to sign in on behalf of a whole group. This sign-in option is ideal for situations where it’s OK if additional visitors are unspecified, including tour groups or when associates tag along for a meeting.
When visitors sign in on the iPad, they can now add their desired number of “plus-ones,” thus acting as a group representative. Alternatively, if you’re signing in the group representative manually, you can simply add their “plus-ones” from the dashboard. You can even account for additional visitors in advance by including the number of “plus ones” on your visitor’s invite. Learn more about our plus one sign-in feature.
Add up to 100 additional visitors!
Note: With this feature, the group representative will be the only one who signs in on the iPad and signs your NDA. The group representative’s name will appear on all printed visitor badges.
Sign in invited visitors from the dashboard
Available on Premium and Enterprise Plans
If you need to have a record of each individual member of the group, it’s best to invite visitors and sign them in directly from your invites dashboard. With this option, they can skip the iPad process all together — and you’ll skip the bottleneck. And of course, you’ll still have the option to to print badges and send host notifications. Learn more about signing in invited visitors.
Sign in a single invited visitor (shown here) or bulk select to sign in multiple at once.
Note: When you use the dashboard to sign in an invited visitor, they will not be prompted to sign your NDA.
Let visitors sign your NDA before they arrive
Available on Premium and Enterprise Plans
This feature completes the package for quick and painless group sign-in. It’s easy: invite each member of the group individually, and they’ll be prompted to fill in their sign-in details and sign your NDA prior to their visit.
When these visitors arrive, you can simply check your invites dashboard to see which visitors have already signed your NDA. If their NDA is on file, you can sign them in from the dashboard with just a couple clicks.
You can see if the visitor has signed the NDA on a previous visit (NDA on file), if they’ve signed it during pre-registration (s_igned), if they pre-registered but skipped the NDA (_not signed), or if they’ve not yet signed the NDA (pending).
With these features, you’ll have a complete and accurate record of all visitors (including their signed NDAs) without anyone getting held up in line at reception. Learn more about what it’s like for a visitor to pre-register.
We’re excited to hear what you think about our new group sign-in features and how they’re working for you. Give us a shout to let us know!
