Envoy Welcomes Annette Reavis as Chief People Officer

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Envoy, a workplace platform that helps teams manage hybrid work, welcomes Annette Reavis as Chief People Officer. Reavis will take over the global efforts to attract the best and brightest talent and to build diverse teams that will support Envoy’s next growth surge.

Reavis was most recently Chief People Officer at startups Athos and Root. Before Root, she spent a decade at Facebook leading HR for multiple teams: product, marketing, growth & integrity, community operations, and partnerships.

“Annette will be amplifying our unique and people-first culture and hiring talented Envoys who are looking to make a difference in the world,” said Larry Gadea, CEO of Envoy. “By the end of next year, we’ll be tripling in size. Annette is truly great at helping companies scale talent and assembling the very best people orgs. She has the skills we need at this incredibly important moment as we take Envoy to the next level.”

“I’m thrilled and honored to be joining Envoy as its first Chief People Officer,” said Annette Reavis. “I’m here to support our employees by prioritizing a strong, diverse culture and creating offices that are really great places to do our best work. I’ll be working with Larry and our People team to realize the unique opportunity we have to continuously innovate, test drive our own solutions, and showcase the future of hybrid work for our customers, our partners, and for our own people.”

Before Facebook, Reavis spent years at HP, Yahoo!, and Deloitte & Touche in HR leadership where she built up her skills in talent strategy, business partnerships, culture and team building, training and development, and mentoring.

Envoy safely brings people together in the workplace so they can connect, collaborate, and thrive. To accelerate this mission, Reavis plans to make key hires. She will manage Envoy’s employee and workplace operations which includes recruiting, people operations, organizational effectiveness and program management.

Above all, Reavis is entrusted with maintaining employee satisfaction and making sure that Envoy remains a fantastic, attractive workplace for all. From hybrid work environments to distributed teams, her experience is going to be invaluable in navigating the pandemic transition and reimagining the future of work for Envoy and its customers.
