Cobalt Visitor Management and Escortby Cobalt Robotics
Turn your Cobalt robot into a visitor management and escort platform.
The Cobalt Visitor Management and Escort integration enables your Cobalt robot to act as a visitor management kiosk during scheduled hours of the day. When in visitor management mode, the Cobalt robot will display your configured Envoy sign in flow on the screen. Any visitor can walk up to the robot and check in directly on the Cobalt robot’s screen. In the event that a visitor needs assistance, the visitor can request help and get connected via a real-time video call to your GSOC or Cobalt’s command center.
After the visitor signs in successfully, they will be instructed to wait for their host to come greet them. At the same time, their host will be notified via Envoy that the visitor has arrived.
If a visitor attempts to bypass the robot and enter the facility unannounced, the Cobalt robot will follow your escalation procedures and notify your GSOC within minutes.
The Cobalt Visitor Management and Escort integration transforms the Cobalt robot into a remote visitor management kiosk with escort capabilities.
