Device management

Envoy device management now allows you to manage your iPads from the web dashboard. Simply type in the device code when prompted, you’ll see at-a-glance which iPads are connected to each location. Plus, you can even check to see if any iPads are offline or if they require iOS or Envoy app updates. Learn more.

Custom message at the end of sign-in

Need to share some information or play a video during sign-in? You can easily display a message, image, or video on the final sign-in screen. Visitors can even email themselves a copy of your message right from the iPad. Learn more.

Private notes in visitor entries

Once a visitor has signed in, you can now add private notes to their entry. This custom text area is a perfect for companies that need to record ID numbers, key card distribution, or any other private visitor details. These are entered within the visitor entry, and are also captured in visitor data exports. Learn more.

Customize your visitor dashboard

By default, the visitor dashboard displays NDA signing status, host notification status, plus sign in and sign out time. Prefer to show their company name or purpose of visit? No problem. Just customize the dashboard to display any sign in fields. Learn more.
