Sounds great!
But I still have questions.
Both offer visitor registration, custom sign-in flows, badge printing, screening, contractor check-in, access control integrations, and multi-location management. Envoy adds deeper identity verification and connects visitor data with a broader platform for presence, emergency response, digital signage, deliveries, and other workplace operations.
Both support visitor screening against internal and third-party lists. Lobbytrack integrates with online watchlist and criminal-database providers, while Envoy supports internal blocklists plus third-party government, denied, restricted, and sanctioned-party screening within visitor workflows.
Lobbytrack can scan driver’s-license barcodes to capture and populate visitor information. Envoy goes further by validating government-issued IDs and matching the visitor’s live photo to the ID image, adding another layer of identity verification before entry.
Both support emergency alerts, onsite accountability, evacuation workflows, and incident records. Envoy also connects global and hyperlocal threat intelligence to real-time presence data, helping teams identify who may be affected and manage emergency response from threat detection through incident close.
Both integrate with access control and enterprise systems. Envoy offers 100+ integrations, including 20+ access control partners, while Lobbytrack provides direct integrations with systems such as Avigilon, Brivo, and S2, plus API and Zapier connectivity.
