When will I receive my order?
For Envoy in a Box and other items ordered directly from Envoy, we’ll send your items through a third-party logistics partner and your tracking number through email. Did we mention same-day Priority shipping is free? We got you.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship blank and custom badges internationally. Unfortunately we cannot ship other items internationally at this time. We’d be happy to chat with you about your needs and provide product recommendations to ensure you’ll have the best Envoy experience. Contact us with any questions!
What is your return policy?
For Envoy in a Box and other items ordered directly from Envoy, you can return non-consumable equipment that’s in like-new condition within 30 days for a full refund. Read our purchase and return policy.
What iPads do you support?
Envoy supports fourth generation iPads and newer. Your iPad must run on iOS 12.2 or higher.
Does Envoy support other printers?
While we recommend the Brother QL-820NWB, you can connect Envoy Visitors to the badge printing hardware that you already own thanks to our cloud printing integration with ezeep. Whether you use Brother, Dymo, Zebra, or any other WiFi-enabled printer, you can easily and automatically print detailed badges when guests sign-in. Learn more.
Can my logo be printed in color?
Yes! Along with plain white badges, we can also create full-color custom badges for you.
How long does it take to receive custom badges?
Once the design has been agreed upon, badges will get to you in one to two weeks.
