Create multiple invites at once with bulk invites

We know that your front desk can sometimes get hectic. By using pre-registration, you stay one step ahead of the game! This is one of our customers’ favorite features because it enhances office security, speeds up the sign-in process and sends visitors an email with handy information about their upcoming meeting. With bulk invites, we’ve made pre-registration even more powerful.

Bulk invites gives you the power to invite multiple visitors to your office in one easy step—think of it like the invites feature on steroids. To create bulk invites:

  • Sign into your Envoy dashboard, click on the “Invites” tab and click “New invite.”
  • Select “Bulk Create Invites” on the left side of the screen.
  • Fill out the visitors’ information using our inline spreadsheet.
  • When you’re finished, click the “Create invites” button.

All your visitors will appear in the invites dashboard, and will receive a personalized email.

Want to save even more time? We’ve made it easy for you to copy and paste your visitor information from Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. Just make sure the headers in your spreadsheet map correctly to the fields in Envoy.

If you have the visitor types feature enabled, simply select which type of visitor you are inviting and the columns will automatically adjust so you can capture the appropriate visitor information.  This is great if you have different sign in procedures for different visitors. For example, you can have NDAs sent to interview candidates, but skip this step for friends and family.
